We are offering VIP underground parking with direct access to the regular outdoor parking area and also a valet service, all free of charge. Prior confirmation is advisable. (Please note that the underground parking can be accessed only with the room card)

LUGGAGE ROOM

Already checked out but still have time for a walk in the city? Your belongings are safe with us; the Bell Captain will place them in the luggage room.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Epoque's Premium Airport pick-up service is available for 38 Euro/way / car (VAT included). A private driver will be waiting in the airport with your name board and will drop you off at Epoque Hotel with a Mercedes E Class limousine.

Meeting Point is in the right side of the customs exit - After you exit the baggage claim area please go to the right, your driver will wait holding a sign board with your name. For assistance please call 24h/7 Customer Support (+40 701 200 700). Leaving the airport or PU location without any prior notice will cancel the right to refund.
