Chef Samuel le Torriellec is signing the menu of L’ Atelier-l’art culinaire, the French gastronomy restaurant within Epoque. Born in France and in possession of a remarkable experience in grand restaurants in Paris or Lyon, is one of the few Chefs in Bucharest to have gained experience in international restaurants with up to 3 Michelin stars.
